Milka surprised Dutch parking inspectors with an unexpected gift of a hug and some chocolate as part of a campaign linked to a Facebook app that's all about sharing tenderness.

Part of the Mondelez-owned chocolate brand's global Dare To Be Tender camapign, the app asked customers to pay compliments to people, and when it reached 10,000, it filmed this video in which it shares the love with the maligned inspectors. Agency Brand New Telly, Milka's agency for Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) was responsible for the activity.

Other stunts in the campaign have included Buzzman's Missing Square social campaign, in which people could donate a missing last square of chocolate in their bar to someone they cared about.
