Cat Power's "Dark End of the Street" is the soothing soundtrack for this whimsical, romantic spot for the Volkswagen Beetle Convertible out of Deutsch Los Angeles. Matthjis van Heijningen directs the commercial, which features a young woman waking up in the middle of the night to go for an extraordinarily sunshine-y drive in the car. Turns out, the magic has everything to do with location.
