Acura employs the sound of Sid Vicious singing "My Way" to give a fast-paced, punky feel to this TV spot that launches the brand's biggest marketing campaign in its history. The campaign, for the 2015 TLX performance luxury sedan, kicks off on-air August 17 with the spot, which shows engineers working on the design of the car, and according to the brand is aimed at capturing "the passion of the team of Acura design, development and manufacturing engineers who created the new TLX."

The spot is by Mullen L.A., which has also created eight additional 15-second spots featuring high-energy music tracks, which will run on national U.S. TV programming throughout the late summer and fall. Other media will incluce Facebook and Twitter, custom illustrations created by New Yorker contributing illustrators that will run on social media, and wallscapes, billboards and street level displays.
