Around this time last year, we saw cereal brand Cheerios deal with hateful comments after featuring an interracial couple with an adorable little one. This year, General Mills presents an equally darling, perhaps a bit safer, spot out of Saatchi & Saatchi New York and directed by Matt Smukler.

Girls (big and small) the world over will recognize the man in the sweet spot. The considerate, slightly sheepish fellow takes a taxing roadtrip, driving through the night on a mission. In the end, he turns out to be a father going out of his way to deliver an important message to a special lady in his life.
