An inspiring Nike spot from Argentina, debuting ahead of the Women's World Cup for soccer, outlines all the difficulties and barriers female players must overcome in their quest to play the sport. 

Created by R/GA Buenos Aires, the ad tells the story, in reverse order, of Candelaria Cabrera, an eight-year-old Argentine girl who had to beat prejudices and win a landmark ruling to be allowed to play mixed soccer until she turns ten. Also starring Argentine players Ruth Bravo, Estefanía Banini and Belén Potassa, it tells how before becoming a champion, you have to endure hard work, criticism, playing on "impossible fields," and being told that you're crazy to want to play soccer as a girl in the first place.

The ad was produced by Primo, under Nicolás Pérez Veiga and Julieta Cabrera’s direction, and includes print, OOH, digital content and interviews with the football players that will be available on Nike.com.
