WWF Adria, the Croatian branch of the environmental charity, is getting people in the region to share a message about melting polar ice caps in an unusual way; denying them ice in their drinks.

Agency Bruketa & Zinic OM has been running a summer campaign in bars in Belgrade and Zagreb where drinks are served without ice. A WWF straw and a sign was put inside the glass saying: "Wondering why there's no ice? It would be much cooler if you did something about global warming."

The customer could then obtain their ice only by sharing a photo of their drink, and tagging WWF Adria. There was further information about global warming on a leaflet on their table, including tips on how to reduce your energy consumption.
