iris Worldwide recognizes the work people put into paying tribute to the MINI -- from cakes to sandcastles to body art, in a new "Not Normal" campaign that crowdsources material for the ads. Using images made by fans off of Pinterest, Facebook or Twitter, the campaign turns those pictures into ads for the car. The campaign also asks people to source more images and bring it to the company's attention, via #notnormal.
