Movember is coming, and the hairy movement that encourages men to grow 'staches in November to raise awareness for cancers afflicting men is now getting extra support, from a men's grooming boutique that's letting customers "Pay With Your Balls."

Created out of independent agency Terri & Sandy for New York's Barba, the campaign invites Movember participants to get groomed for free from December 1st through 3rd -- as long as they participate in a complimentary testicular cancer screening.

To promote the initiative, "Pay With Your Balls" signs have been posted throughout New York's Chelsea neighborhood, where the salon is located. The store itself will be decked out with campaign posters and signage featuring stats about testicular cancer and how easily it can be cured if caught early. Hundreds of jars will also be filled suggestively with ping pong balls. During the promotion, the first 50 guests will also get a "package" with custom-designed underwear announcing, "Paid with my balls."

"We are passionately dedicated to helping men take care of their physical appearance, but our mission is deeper," said Barba owner Xavier Cruz in a statement. "We want to promote the importance of good physical health as well."

"We wanted to take a very serious topic and get people talking about it because we know cancer is a silent killer," added Terri & Sandy Co-Founder CEO Sandy Greenberg. "Hopefully, hundreds of men will get tested for testicular cancer who otherwise might not."

"In support of the program, all the guys at the agency are growing their manly facial hair during Movember," said Co-Founder and CEO Terri Meyer. "Sandy and I would join them if we could."
