Retro reigns supreme in adidas' new apparel line dedicated to "Pistol Pete" Maravich, the legendary NBA star who glamorized the guard position with his dazzling dribbling, creative passing and uncanny shooting. To maintain that retro feel while promoting the Pistol Pete-branded shoes, hats and shirts, Carat Fusion constructed a website based around an interactive scrapbook"and infused with plenty of '70s style. Along with a timeline of black-and-white photos highlighting the greatest moments of Maravich's basketball career, the site offers visitors a chance to upload their photos onto their own trading card"complete with a groovy funkified nickname"via the All-Star Generator.
