Lost dogs always make for a good ad story (see Budweiser's Super Bowl effort this year) and with this charming spot, Irish broadband provider UPC uses the theme to highlight the power of the internet.

The dog in question, Pixie, wanders out of a door one day and heads off on the Galway bus. His disappearance brings together his video-gaming owner male with an attractive neighbor, a parrot-owning gal who likes yoga. They start a social media campaign to get the dog back, harnessing the power of broadband to make the lost pup go viral. Romance is definitely in the offing and while the dog is found, there's a new disappearance to contend with. The ad was created by agency Irish International and directed by Rattling Stick's Pete Riski.
