The Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami, celebrated its annual fundraiser, called POP 007, in early February with a James Bond-themed casino night and silent auction, with all proceeds benefiting the museum's Permanent Collection Acquisition Fund. New York's Zona Design handled the event's marketing and identity, which included a video installation, invitations, programs, signage and a branded museum facade (see the PDF). MoCA director and chief curator Bonnie Clearwater notes that the exterior design, "painted on one whole building facing a busy thoroughfare," is such a hit, Miami Mayor Manny Diaz "asked if we could keep it up for awhile."
