Move over breakfast burrito, omelet or orange juice. Milk is the protein you should be consuming for your first meal of the day, according to a fun new campaign out of Deutsch for MilkPEP. The campaign pits the drink against other protein foods in a "Protein Fight Club," showing that at the end of the day, milk is more convenient, portable, goes well with cereal and is better for you.
