Dixie served up a BBQ 40 feet in the air and got servers to hand food out on tightropes, in a stunt "stress test" designed to publicize the strength of its paper tableware.

Agency Droga5 conceived the event, which took place in Kansas City in partnership with local BBQ joint Q39 and was hosted by TV food personality Adam Richman. The challenge was to get 20 plates of food to the elevated dining table in 40 minutes. For the first round the table was elevated 15 feet, and servers delivered eight plates of food each with two pounds of vegetables. Next they delivered seven plates with mac n' cheese and potato salad at 30 feet, and finally at 40 feet they delivered five plates each with two pounds of BBQ.

It seems there are definite fans of high-altitude BBQs -- the stunt has alread racked up over a million views on Facebook.
