Little girls play older women questioning gender stereotypes in a film from Vodafone for International Women's Day.

The spot sees the young girls dressed as as politicians, working moms, film directors, airline pilots and photographers, posing questions such as "Why are almost all superheroes men," "Why have there been so many male presidents, but so few women?" and (from an actor dressed in a pink costume) "Why do I only get to the be the love interest?"

The film was created by Santo London, Vodafone's lead global strategy and creative agency, and directed by Hanna Maria Heidrich through Believe, who gets some nice performances out of the young cast, which also includes a few boys.

It's running globally across Vodafone's markets as the company has committed to join around 20 other companies in UN Women's UNstereotype Alliance.
