Re/Max agents become their own marketing cheerleaders as part of a new campaign and advertising strategy from the real estate network. Agents are encouraged to use a customizable video generator to create their own 15-second spots for use on social media and through some local TV stations--the process takes four steps, a release promises. Employees can choose their own music, headshots and specialties.
Re/Max is also airing a new iteration of its “The Sign of a Re/Max Agent” campaign, now in its third year, from Camp & King. In one spot, a couple unsuccessfully tries to sell their home with a hand-printed sign and their own yelling. “Need help selling your home?” text reads. “Don’t worry, we’ve done this a million times.” The spot then shows a real estate agent clearly ready for the challenge as he awaits prospective buyers with neatly stacked brochures, branded pens and a vase of flowers.
