Former football pros-turned coaches Zinedine Zidane and Fabio Cannavaro star in this meal-time face off for Visa, part of the brand's World Cup campaign promoting the marketer's new slogan "Everywhere you want to be."
The spot was created out of Almap BBDO and directed by Rebolucion's Armando Bo. In it, Frenchman Mr. Zidane steps into an Italian restaurant, where a World Cup game between his country and Italy plays on the tube. Former Italian rival Fabio Cannavaro stands nearby and things get heated as the game airs, and each star's alliances are made clear.
The commercial was released first in Brazil but will air in more than 100 countries starting on June 1.
