Yuja Wang is one of the most acclaimed classical pianists in the world. Besides playing with impeccable technique and an impassioned style, she’s been stretching her repertoire with a performance series at Carnegie Hall and forays into comedy.
Wang lives in New York City, but her family is in Beijing and she performs internationally, so she’s always traveling. Yet she channels serenity while in constant motion for the latest spot in Rimowa’s “Never Still” campaign, which follows the travel habits of athletes, chefs, designers and performers.
Wang’s short film was directed by Matt Baron via Alldayeveryday, and the entire campaign is a collaboration between Anomaly in Berlin and Rimowa’s internal creative team.
The integrated campaign is running in social, digital, retail and cinema placements, on in-flight entertainment on Air France, British Airways and Cathay Pacific and in out-of-home placements in New York, Los Angeles, Paris, London, Hong Kong, Seoul and Tokyo.
Previous spots in the campaign have featured Lebron James, tennis player Roger Federer and Dior Homme Artistic Director Kim Jones.
