Norwegian bank Sparebank1 and agency Kitchen (whose recent work includes The Gift
) wanted to promote its insurance packages to young people. But how to get the young interested in boring old insurance? It turned to music, making this short documentary on a Norwegian 80s rock band who smashed all their instruments and had them stolen. As a result, they were forced to turn into an a-capella group. As well as their performances, their deadpan attempts to explain their story are hilarious.
