NATIVE, South Africa promoted the Western Cape's annual Rocking the Daisies Music and Lifestyle Festival by bringing its name to life. Agency executive director Ryan McManus pitched the idea of an interactive experience involving real potted daisies and technology that would link them to Gerdus Oostuizen-produced track samples.  Touching the plants allowed people to play and remix songs ranging from the electro to rock genres. When the flower boxes were set at Cape Town's Old Biscuit Mill market, curious shoppers came forward and used them without being prompted.
