The Medtronic Foundation's Heart Rescue Project worked with Colle+McEvoy to create the Save a Life Simulator in a bid to educate people about what to do when they witness a sudden cardiac arrest. An immersive online experience, the site puts the viewer in the shoes of an everyday mall-goer who witnesses a man collapsing. At each stage of the narrative it presents the viewer with a series of choices, which will determine whether or not he survives, educating them on the proper way to respond.

A corresponding PSA titled 'All Alone' dramatically shows what can happen to a SCA victim if bystanders don't do anything, and drives viewers to the online experience.
