A new campaign from the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (L.A. Metro) is one of the funniest transportation PSAs we've seen since Metro Trains' Dumb Ways to Die.

Three new spots are helmed by Mike Diva, the YouTube star and director behind Halo Top's creepy robot spot last month and a hilarious Japanese ad parody about Donald Trump. Diva brings this apparent fascination with Japanese advertising to this latest campaign; Japanese language captions and voiceovers accompany YouTuber Anna Akana playing a pastel-haired superhero named "Super Kind."

On a mission to stop "Rude Dude" (a kind of fluffy orange Cyclops) from various obnoxious behaviours on public transport, including hogging seats (as seen here), aisle blocking and eating smelly food, not only does Super Kind belt out delightful J-Pop ditties about improving your manners, she also has superpowers that can obliterate Rude Dude and his bad attitude when she gets mad.

"We knew from the start we wanted something quirky, fun and memorable, something that would remind people about Metro etiquette without looking like a traditional government agency PSA," says John Gordon, L.A. Metro director of social media marketing, in a statement.

In our opinion, they certainly achieved that.
