Phillips gives homes a light makeover, or 'lightover', to show the possibilities of lighting, as part of an integrated campaign through DDB Amsterdam and Tribal DDB Amsterdam, See What Light Can Do .
An interactive site carries a series of videos showing what happened when a Philips 'lightover' team visited over a hundred homes in eight countries, before selecting twenty-nine families to have their homes transformed with a 'light show' Each episode features tips and advice from Philips design experts.
The site also includes the interactive Philips' 3D Home Lighting Designer, which utilises a variety of interactive lighting scenarios where users can visualize a range of interior lighting settings, and an app, LED Lamp Finder, which allows consumers to see how different luminaire designs would look in their home and offers advice on lamp replacement. There's also a Facebook page, where consumers can interact with experts, discuss home lighting tips and share their own experiences and ideas.
Offline, a television commercial will air, complemented by print ads showcasing the before and after 'lightover' scenarios.
