Film About Shezi Is First in a Series of Inspirational Stories
Oct 10, 2016
Coors Light has created a branded content series, titled "My Climb. My Story," that centers on real-life, inspirational accounts of people who have overcome personal challenges.
The series, created by 72andSunny, kicks off with the story of Shezi, an L.A. fashion designer and entrepreneur who was diagnosed last year with a heart tumor just as he was about to launch a clothing line. Despite major surgery, Shezi relentless pursued his dream and went on to recover and launch the business, OU:RS.
The well-crafted film, directed by Daniel Addelson at Hecho En 72, takes the viewer along his journey. We go from footage of Shezi in hospital through to selecting fabric in his workshop and finally to him making a speech at his launch party (at which Coors Light is served.) It will run on Coors Light's social media channels, with more online films rolling out in the next year.
