A breath of fresh air

Since partnering with Intersect ENT in 2019, XDS has created and supported several projects and initiatives for the company. Engagements have spanned ongoing maintenance of all Intersect digital properties, full social content support across production, calendar, and scheduling, digital strategy and analytics, website design and development, and CRM.

In Q3 of 2020, XDS designed and developed the new patient-focused that features easy to consume information along with a dynamic, geo-targeted ENT Physician finder. In order to increase site traffic coinciding with the launch, XDS also implemented a new SEO strategy and started targeted SEM campaigns across Facebook and Google. As part of the digital marketing efforts, XDS also created social content for Linkedin, Twitter, and Facebook.

The results have been impressive. With social efforts preceding the launch of the websites, Intersect reported a tremendous Q3 for its SINUVA brand, with web traffic having multiplied 2x since Q2 and exceeding pre-pandemic numbers. Intersect, in fact, has seen increased traffic across all of its web properties.

The supporting SINUVA social campaign on LinkedIn won a prestigious W3 award as well.
