Mercedes-Benz : Slider iPad Ad
Which way do you slide?
Editor's Pick
Israeli agency Moblin created Mercedes' first iPad ad in Israel with a campaign that made creative use of the iPad Slider bar. The ad was a version of an existing print ad that highlights the 'left brain' & 'right brain' aspects of the brand. While the print ad couldn't be altered, the slider became a two sided Navigation Bar with the sentence "follow the way" on the left side and "create the way" on the right. If the user chose the left side, the landing page showed the the Mercedes-Benz E class car in a "clear and classical" background while sliding to the right showed it in a more "creative and vivid" background. Whichever they chose, the user ended up at a form to fill out for a test drive.
