Talk about good service. From Walrus comes a new effort for Smith & Wollensky that will pick random diners and then change the restaurant's name to that customer's name. And that's not all. Awnings, napkins and matchbooks will be changed too. A new website lets hungry steak-eaters "commit" to a reservation. If they are picked, the restaurant will change its name for the evening that they are there. Unless your name is Smith. In which case, the website says, you've already won.
