Irish ale Smithwick's returns to the ad world with a new 60-second spot out of Adam&EveDDB. The commercial, directed by Simon McQuoid out of Gorgeous, brings to life the brand mascot, a red squirrel, as he jumps around a brewing factory, turning taps and adding flavor, until he pours himself the perfect glass of ale. The ad introduces a new tagline: "Experience. It's what you do with it that counts," as the squirrel tips his glass to his ancestors, who apparently knew their way around brewing as well.
