Website-building platform Squarespace has long positioned itself as the easiest, best option for entrepreneurs looking to create an online presence. But in a new campaign from the brand’s prolific in-house agency, people with a big idea are encouraged to “Squarespace it,” even if they need more than just a website.
Everyone in a diner seems to be in the know except for the man who wants to make “soap opera” a bathtime ritual. Sauna chess just might become the hottest new trend. And mimes struggle to get the point across during an avant-garde performance.
The ads are directed by Andreas Nilsson via Biscuit Filmworks and are running on broadcast and online in the U.S., U.K. and Canada—the first time Squarespace has made creative work specifically for international markets.
Social media spots feature the same type of messaging, using chat pop-ups for the volleys of questions and advice, including a spot in French for Eastern Canada.
