The Disability Foundation shares the awe-inspiring story of Team GB swimmer James O'Shea in this powerful film by BBH London. O'Shea is a competitor in the "5th category" of the 100 meter breast stroke -- the category for athletes with no legs, especially relevant because the kick powers about 70% of a breast stroke swimmer's movement.

O'Shea will compete on Sept. 5 at the Paralympic Games, and discusses how he has coped with the difficult training process to get ready for the Games. The Disability Foundation, a U.K. charity that offers training and therapies for anyone affected by disability or bad health, was one of the key drivers in transforming O'Shea from a competitive athlete into one of the fastest swimmers in the world.
