Nike celebrates the achievements of everyday athletes and aims to inspire movement in a spot for Nike FREE, its running and training shoes that promote natural movement.

The ad depicts a series of 'athletes', who range from breakdancers, to marathon runners to a little girl performing a cartwheel in her backyard. They challenge friends and team-mates in a friendly 'sport off', with each executing his or her best move. A 30 second version featuring all-female athletes will also air.
