TOMS teams up with Discovery Channel's Shark Week to introduce a new limited edition line of shoes. The Shark Week shoes feature a camouflage pattern created using silhouettes of sharks, and proceeds from the sale of each go to support ocean conservation organizationOceana. A child in need also receives a new pair of shoes each time one is bought from TOMS.
This is just the latest in marketing moves from Shark Week -- a hilarious spot featuring "Snuffy the Seal" also made the rounds a few weeks ago. And of course, the event has been known for bold, fantastic advertising throughout the years.
