Dow : Train
A long metaphor.

Visually stunning and artistically shot, who would think this was a spot for Dow's "vibration reduction technology"? Created out of DraftFCB Chicago, the commercial uses the metaphor of a train with people riding along on it, all shushing when they pass through urban areas. The idea is, the train uses this wonderful technology, created out of Dow, that is an intelligent solution to the problem of train noise pollution.
The background music, "Whispering Grass" by the Ink Spots, only adds to the charm and whimsy. It's a tough category to work with, since Dow solutions are often things that don't directly touch us in any way, but this one is quite the winner.
