A girl is born speaking every language in the world in a delightful piece of storytelling from professional translation service, Translated, representing its first ever brand campaign.

The ad tells the story of "Lara" who amazes her parents and teachers with her knowledge of languages. As she grows up, she's able to translate menus for tourists, act as tour guide to her parents on foreign holidays, and sort out multiple issues for everyone on the Mediterranean island where she lives (it was filmed on the the Sicilian island of Salina by director Koen Mortier.) 

Our only criticism of the idea is a feminist one: if she was this good, surely this woman would have a high-flying career at the UN or similar? But, then, this is a fairy tale, and the point is to illustrate that Translated can give you translation of every languge "with a human touch."

The spot was created via Milan agency Auge, whose Executive Creative Directors Federica Ariagno says in a statement: “Our client is a dreamer and working with a dreamer is always inspiring.  Translated is a brand the world should recognize not just for its great proposition, but also for its unique attitude and optimism."
