If you've always to hear your musical compositions played out by an orchestra, now here's your chance. This Friday (October 26) Amsterdam's Metropole Orchestra will play tunes composed at Metropole Tweetphony, a site developed by Havas Amsterdam and Perfect Fools. Visitors to the site compose a short music track of 140 characters and save the tweet on the site. The best tweets will be played live by the orchestra, in an eight hour concert shown live on the website. The video of each Tweetphony will also be sent to the composer directly after it is played.

The campaign is designed to draw attention to the Metropole, as its existence is threatened; it has been hit by cuts in Dutch government funding for public broadcasting channels.
