Mother London has a long tradition of creating "uncarriable" bags
that would bring loads of shame to those who tote them around. The agency launched the idea for fun in 2005 as a client giveaway but its latest series now has a environmental twist, meant to make those who carry them consider the effect of plastic bags on the environment. The latest totes, made of plastic, feature the silhouettes of objects you wouldn't want to be caught dead carrying, like drug paraphernalia, sex toys and terrorist weapons. Embarrassing, or not?
