Sydney-based agency TCO has developed a content series for Australian food brand Uncle Toby's, where an office worker figures out how to make time for a snack break, with help from her subconscious, the Break Guru. Videos are featured onYouTube and Uncle Toby's Facebook page, as well as across other entertainment portals.

In addition to three short web films, the "Break Guru" also delivers six how to-style tips on how you can make time for a break despite anything the day throws at you.

The Nestle-owned brand also has a contest placed on its Facebook page, where players can win a cheeky "break pack" for their entire office.
