Oxfam America tells the story of Ghanaian activist Joanna Manu in this rousing new PSA which urges Americans to 'Unleash Your Inner David' (drawing on the David and Goliath story). Creative collective Wander created the film, which highlights how Ms. Manu attended a training session sponsored by Oxfam America and stood up against land threats and environmental hazards wrought by an open pit gold mining company. The larger message -- that all Americans wield power to influence and make change-- is conveyed using quick cuts, graphic design, and other imagery interspersed with the story of Manu.
