Here's a fun Facebook campaign for design lovers. Finnish design retailer Vepsalainen wanted to promote the idea that great design is affordable to everyone, so, working with agency Hasan & Partners, it created "Chain of Friends." The Facebook game invites consumers to rally their friends for support in purchasing a design classic from the shop. But the friends don't have to drop any cash, they just have to join the players' chain of friends on the Vepsalainen Facebook page. The competitor with the longest chain of friends at the end of the week gets to purchase their coveted design piece for an insanely low price (an Arne Jacobsen Egg-chair for 0,32â‚¬,for example).
