League of Women Voters : Vote November 7

The Minnesota chapter of the League of Women Voters has a campaign running on donated billboards throughout the state, tied to a website at VoteNov7MN.org. "Sadly, people just don't make it out to vote in midterm elections," says Colle + McVoy GCD Dave Keepper. "But lots of them managed to vote for every silly competition they found on TV. What gives? Should we be able to text-message our political votes?" That day is probably coming, but in the meantime, "this campaign celebrates the hypocrisy," says Keepper, "and reminds us to get off our collective ass and vote."
