Just why don't young people vote? Errol Morris and CHI & Partners NY partner to find out, via a film series that spotlights young voters between the ages of 18 and 24 to shed some light on the issue. The campaign has been created for OurTime.Org, a non profit advocate organization. Other films can be seen on the site.

In an op-ed in the New York Times, Mr. Morris wrote about why he decided to work on this project. He said it was because the U.S. was in big trouble because of declining voter turnout, and so he set out to find out why young people won't vote. Turns out, it's because many of the issues they care about just aren't on the discussion table. He then offers a few arguments that might just convince people to vote. "Voting is a leap of faith," he writes. "Calling it a civic duty is not enough."
