Century 21's Latest Listing is a Very Familiar D.C. Mansion (With a Four-Year Lease)
1600 Pensylvania Avenue Needs New Tenants

Editor's Pick
As America gears up to vote, Century21 is capitalizing on election fever with its latest listing: 1600 Pensylvania Avenue, Washington D.C.
Those considering a move to D.C. (Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, take note) can view details and see that the property's estimated value is $394,278,861, its appliances include a dishwasher, ice maker and executive chef with full kitchen staff and rooms include your very own bowling alley and dentist office. It's also "Move-in ready!" and "Furnished with a desk perfect for signing your bills!"
There's a serious point to all this too; if you click on the button that says "help find the next tenant," it'll take you to the USA.gov site to find out how to vote. It's another fun attempt Century 21 to insert itself into topical conversation; previous fictional listings have included Walter White's house from Breaking Bad, and a house at the midpoint between President Obama and Speaker Boehner's homes, perfect for their summit.
