Publicis Conseil has created a powerful interactive project for homelessnesss charity Samusocial de Paris, to help preserve a women's emergency accommodation shelter in Paris which is currently slated to close down on 31 May. An interactive film, running at awomansnightmare.com, shows a young homeless woman being attacked and then chased by two men. During the film, viewers can choose to sign a petition to keep the shelter open (and share it via social media). If they don't, the film ends badly, with the woman reaching the shelter to find it closed. If they sign, the film has a different ending. The film was directed pro bono by Frederic Schoendoerffer, a Cesar-award winning director.
