With World Environment Day only a month away, BBDO and Proximity Singapore have joined forces with the crowdfunding platform CarbonStory to create "World Under Water," a new digital campaign. The interactive site prompts visitors to click on the name of an iconic city -- from New York to Singapore. It will then present a simulation of said place submerged in water, as a result of rising sea levels. The sight and sound of the rippling open water as Times Square and the Arc de Triomphe become glorified ponds potentially will trigger in viewers a sense of distress. For added discomfort, visitors can enter any address -- like their childhood homes or a places they hope to visit someday -- on Google Street View to see what they would look like under water too.

Besides the search bar and major city names, the site has only one other button, which reads "Take Action" -- a gentle, but urgent reminder for visitors to "raise your voice, not sea-levels."
