airBaltic, the airline behind innovative projects like "Seat Buddy" and "Elves on a Plane," puts airport baggage X-ray scans to good use in an animated movie about finding the perfect gift.
The film, by DDB Latvia, used the International Airport in Riga and its luggage conveyor belts to get its shots, with 10 suitcases, 12 keys, two hairdryers and hairbrushes, and other assorted items used to tell the story. Each frame was set on the belt, scanned and then filmed.
