Nike teamed with AKQA to merge dataviz and connected technology in this new campaign honoring the most avid users of the Nike+ platform. The "Your Year" campaign turns the location, weather, activity and movement data of active Nike+ users into 100,000 unique films.
The campaign encourages all users to "Outdo You" in the coming year. The film here pulls its story from the total Nike+ data of all users over the past year, while others have been tailored to patrons from big cities like New York or Los Angeles. Nike+ users can access their personal films by logging into Nike+ on the dedicated campaign site. McBess, who's repped out of Bernstein & Andriulli, was the artist behind the films' whimsical animation.
