Digital health platform ZocDoc is urging Americans to take more preventative care of their health with an initiative called "Unsick Day."

The brand is encouraging employers to let staff take one official day off a year for medical/dental appointments. According to a survey by Zocdoc in partnership with Kenton Global, 86% of working Americans say they have cancelled or delayed a preventative care appointment due to workplace pressures.

ZocDoc's creative agency Office of Baby has created a website, videos, posters, and social media to promote the idea of Unsick Day as well as supplying items such as pens, notepads, lunch bags, hand sanitizer, chapstick and stress balls to participating offices (companies including Virgin Hotels, Foursquare, Oscar, and Handy have already signed up). There are also alternate LinkedIn profile photos, downloadable screensavers and email signatures for people to help advertise the day themselves.

The campaigns is being promoted by a humorous video, seen here, narrated by an employee who's taking her "unsick day" and manages to freak out her colleagues by moving invisibly through the office. Crobin at Gravy Films directed it.
