Division of Labor is not a government agency, so if your nanny is in the country illegally, we really don’t care. Division of Labor is an ad agency that believes brands matter just as much as products. Sometimes more. Since starting out five years ago, we have had the good fortune to work with clients like Roku, Ford, TBS, Microsoft, Live Nation, Nike and Dropbox to name just a few.

We believe brands that don’t try to please everyone do a better job of pleasing the right people.

Founded in 2010 and located in Sausalito California, Division of Labor creates integrated campaigns and content across all digital, social and traditional media platforms.

This is the second time in four years that we have been honored by Advertising Age at the Small Agency Awards. Not as good a streak as the San Francisco Giants, but we appreciate the recognition. Division of Labor was founded by creative partners Paul Hirsch and Josh Denberg.
