180 Amsterdam has named Olivier Klönhammer as its head of integrated production. Klönhammer is an industry vet with nearly two decades of experience and returns to the agency after serving as managing director at Glassworks Amsterdam. Outside of 180, his previous jobs also include posts at Anomaly and Discovery Networks International. Klönhammer's main responsibility will be to build on the production work done for all the agency's key clients and to bring "renewed" vigor to the head of integrated production role, according to the agency.
Michael Kasprow (pictured left) has joined Proximity Canada as executive creative director, overseeing the agency's overall creative output and collaborating with the shop's global creative council. He moves from Union Advertising Canada, where he was partner/executive director of innovation. Kasprow has nearly 20 years of experience in digital. Previously, he founded his own agency Trapeze and had teamed with various interactive designers at Microsoft's Design Expo.
Italian-born Daniele Pancetti has been named creative director of DraftFCB ADV Moscow. He most recently served as the agency's associate creative director on BMW. Before joining DraftFCB, Mr. Pancetti worked at shops including Leo Burnett Milan and BBDO Moscow. His CV includes campaigns for clients such as Mini, Procter & Gamble, Mars, Coca-Cola, Renault, Pepsi, and his awards shelf boasts accolades from Cannes, Eurobest, D&AD and more.
