Etsy went the historical route for its first Super Bowl spot. To highlight Gift Mode, its new AI-powered gifting service, the online marketplace created a scenario in which the U.S. struggled to come up with a reciprocal present for France after it gifted the Statue of Liberty. The 30-second spot included cheese, stripes and mimes.
