This was Hellmann’s fourth consecutive appearance in the Super Bowl. The brand took a slightly different approach to spreading the message that Hellmann’s can revive leftovers. While it featured celebrities, the star of the story was a cat.

The 30-second spot from VML starred Kate McKinnon, who realizes she has a talking cat. Along with constantly saying “mayo,” the cat has a fleeting relationship with Pete Davidson, who’s appeared in previous Hellmann’s Super Bowl spots.
